To keep the account active with available funds, the client must have a valid subscription.
The following options are available:
- Monthly subscription;
- Annual subscription.
Payment for the subscription must be made within a maximum of five (5) days from the purchase of the funded account. If this deadline expires without payment of the subscription being completed, the Company reserves the right not to proceed with the activation of the funding.
For monthly subscriptions, renewal is due every 30 days from the date of purchase of the funded account.

- A refinance may only be requested if the account is positive or profitable;
- If the client is in profit, they must first withdraw the profits so that the account returns to its initial balance. It is not possible to receive a refinance for an account that is at a loss or has a negative balance.
Once the required minimum balance has been reached, the client may proceed with the purchase of an account of a different size, based on the available options.
- A new account or the same account for which the refund has already been received will be assigned. This decision may be made at the Company’s sole discretion.
8. Deposits and Withdrawals
8.1 The deposit made for the purchase of the X20 account constitutes payment for access to the funding program.
8.2 Depending on the amount deposited, the deposit used for the funded account remains withdrawable and constitutes refundable capital, subject to a minimum trading activity of 2 lots, regardless of the size of the funded account. Withdrawal of the initial deposit will result in the loss of the funding. However, the funding may be reactivated in the future if desired. The account will remain active.
To withdraw the full amount of the capital, the account must be at least at breakeven in terms of equity. Even if the minimum trading volume requirement has been met, no withdrawal of the capital will be permitted if the funded account is in a negative position. Therefore, the account must be at least at breakeven.
8.3 Withdrawals may be requested daily and will be processed in accordance with the applicable withdrawal procedure, provided that there are no open positions.
